165.7 lbs. yay!

i'm working on finding a new gym. i haven't worked out this week, except that i've been spending a lot of time going between various floors in my building. more than i ever have before, in fact. and because it's better for my butt, i take the stairs.

i'm checking out some of the new year's specials at local gyms, but just haven't decided where to go yet. probably the one that's closest to home. workouts would be a lot more fun if nick had time to go along, but I like it, so i'm going to try to keep going for as long as i can afford to.

How I would love to be able to use the stairs at work. But the doors are locked from the stairwell and from the first floor you can't even get into the stairwell unless you have access to another company's offices (the stairwell exits into a hallway only they have access to .. out to a door to the parking lot which is locked of course). In other words, our stairwell is emergency use only. STUPID.
