my final weight was 162.2. that's only about 5 lbs from when i started, a little more if you include the fact that my weight went up before it went down. i'm pretty pleased with the fact that i lost even that much, and i know i've replaced a lot of flab with muscle because i lifted weights.
so i intend to have a salad for dinner (because we're out of almost all other edible things, gotta stop grocery shopping before we move you know) and then take a nap, because i can.
